Your project scope

Your written quote and payment link identify the pages and work included. Basic starts at $750 for up to five standard pages, with two rounds of design revisions. Pages six through ten are $150 each; larger sites and custom features require a separate quote. Extra pages and features are not included in the standard Basic payment link.

Setup payments and cancellation

Setup is $750 for Basic ($375 deposit + $375 final), $1,100 for Basic + Booking or Basic + Payments ($550 + $550), or $1,250 for Plus ($625 + $625). Your agreed package deposit begins the project. The deposit is nonrefundable once work starts. Contact Tyler before work starts if you wish to cancel. The equal remaining balance is due after final design approval and before launch. Additional work or changes to your price require a separate agreed quote.

Monthly content and digital presence management

The optional monthly content plan is $99 for Basic (30 minutes), $159 for a single-feature package (45 minutes), or $199 for Plus (60 minutes). It starts only if you choose it, at the agreed website launch after the final setup balance is paid. Paying for the website does not enroll you in a subscription. For Basic: Includes up to 30 minutes of minor website text and photo updates per month using content you provide. New pages, new features and social-media management are quoted separately. This is the total time spent editing your website each month, not a meeting or a social-media posting service. Basic + Booking, Basic + Payments and Plus retain their stated allowance across content editing, photo changes, copywriting, website presentation review and basic digital marketing guidance. Domain, hosting and third-party software fees are not included. Technical maintenance, security updates, repairs and new features require a separate written scope and agreement. Unused editing time does not carry over. New pages, redesigns and new integrations require a separate quote.

You can cancel future monthly renewals through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your independently paid domain, hosting and software accounts are unaffected when content management ends. WrightSize receives delegated access only for authorized work. A failed payment does not authorize an automatic public website change.

Ownership and supplied materials

Your domain remains yours. Domain registration, renewals, hosting, third-party software and paid mailbox fees are paid directly by you to your chosen providers. After the website build is paid in full, you can request the custom website source files and supplied assets. Third-party software, fonts and media retain their applicable licenses. Only provide materials you have permission to use.

Approval and communication

Review your scope before paying. Public website releases require approval. Basic does not include booking or online payment integration. Basic + Booking covers one appointment type and one staff calendar; Basic + Payments covers up to three fixed-price offers on your own approved merchant account. Plus includes both standard integrations. Provider accounts, charges and approval requirements remain yours; we connect and test the agreed services before launch. Stores, custom workflows, monitoring and technical repairs need a separate quote. AI assistance is not included. Questions or a cancellation request can be sent to tyler@wrightsizesolutions.com.
